Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Server & channel IDs for linked channels, plus the webhook used to relay messages.
• Discord account info (user ID, username, avatar) when you log into the dashboard via Discord OAuth.
• Message references — when a message is relayed, we temporarily store a mapping of message IDs so edits and deletes can be synced across linked channels.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not permanently store the content of your messages beyond what is required to relay, edit, and delete them across connected channels.

3. How data is used

Collected data is used solely to operate the relay service and the dashboard — linking channels, delivering messages, and letting you manage your linked channels.

4. Data retention

Link records persist while a channel remains linked. Unlinking a channel, or removing the bot from a server, deletes the associated records. Message ID mappings are deleted when the source message is deleted.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your data by removing the bot and contacting support@armado.vip.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
